What are Microbiomes and why should I care?
The Microbiome is the collection of all microbes, including bacteria, fungi, viruses, and that naturally live within and on our bodies. These powerful microbes determine our health and wellbeing. They have far reaching effects on both physical and mental health. It is therefore vital to keep your microbiome in top tip condition to ensure optimal health.
Recipe and Nutrition plans and support are aimed at optimising your microbiome so that your body is getting the best support it can for each body system.
Because the microbiome is a key interface between the body and the environment, these microbes can affect health in many ways and can even affect how we respond to certain environmental substances. Some microbes alter environmental substances in ways that make them more toxic, while others act as a buffer and make environmental substances less harmful.
